About the role

The Inbound Sales Performance Leader is responsible for elevating the effectiveness of our inbound sales team by instilling a coaching-first mindset and data-driven discipline. You will own the end-to-end development of our agents, ensuring that every interaction with a prospect moves them closer to a committed decision. What you'll do

Review recorded conversations with agents, highlighting strengths and pinpointing specific behaviors to adjust.

Ship coaching insights by sharing AI-generated notes that transform observations into clear, actionable steps.

Partner with operations to align scheduling, follow-up, and service promises so that expectations remain consistent.

Guide account managers through structured practice so they handle objections with clarity and confidence.

Review performance dashboards each week, identifying trends and coaching moments that drive measurable improvement.

Ship TurfRescue stories into conversations, connecting cleaning services to community impact for animal shelters.

Implement consistent call frameworks that standardize best practices across all inbound interactions.

Analyze weekly call volumes and outcomes to forecast staffing needs and optimize team deployment.

Champion the use of AI tools to accelerate feedback delivery and reduce the time between observation and action.

Establish clear success metrics for each agent and track progress against those benchmarks in real time.

Facilitate collaborative sessions where agents share winning tactics and learn from each other's successes.

Maintain detailed documentation of coaching activities and outcomes to support ongoing strategy refinement.

Requirements

You must possess three years of direct sales leadership experience guiding inbound teams.

You must demonstrate a documented track record of improving conversion rates in a call-intensive environment.

You must commit to a ninety-day engagement focused on visible change in team behavior and outcomes.

You must embrace weekly training, actively seek feedback, and apply coaching between review sessions.

You must use AI tools to generate call insights and convert them into practical improvements.

You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where adaptability is essential.
