About the role
You will own the operational execution for strategic enterprise and platform customers, ensuring they unlock substantial value from Checkr's identity and background verification data platform. Your daily responsibilities will center on intake coordination, proactive health monitoring, and meticulous record-keeping within Salesforce to maintain a single source of truth. You will represent Checkr with a high level of professionalism while rigorously owning outcomes from initial contact through long-term relationship management. This position requires collaboration with Product, Solutions, Engineering, Operations, and Support teams to align Checkr services with evolving customer objectives. You will surface risks early and escalate opportunities appropriately to protect key accounts and drive expansion. A core part of the role involves orchestrating business reviews and executive check-ins by preparing materials, synthesizing data, and supporting structured discussions. Ultimately, you will enable partners to resolve implementation issues and drive adoption so customers can scale their workflows and realize the full potential of background checks.

What you'll do
- Execute the operational rhythm for strategic accounts by maintaining records, logging activities, and updating notes within Salesforce.
- Guide execution for customers by coordinating intake efforts and aligning Checkr services with their objectives.
- Monitor account health metrics systematically to surface risks early and identify opportunities for growth.
- Orchestrate business reviews and executive check-ins by preparing materials, synthesizing data, and supporting structured discussions.
- Enable internal partners by troubleshooting with support and operations teams to close the loop for customers during implementation.
- Drive adoption of Checkr's platform through hands-on support that helps customers scale and refine their workflows.
- Ship insights by documenting patterns and feedback for product and sales teams to inform roadmap and go-to-market decisions.
- Collaborate across functions with solutions, engineering, and operations to resolve complex requests and strengthen long-term relationships.
- Represent Checkr professionally in all customer interactions while maintaining rigorous ownership of outcomes end to end.
- Leverage Salesforce, Google Workspace, and Slack to manage information, coordinate work, and ensure timely follow-through.
- Contribute to a high-performing team dedicated to customer success across both enterprise and gig economy segments.
- Support day-to-day account needs and prepare thoroughly for customer meetings and business reviews.
- Act as an owner of customer outcomes, raising standards, moving quickly, and staying resilient amid ambiguity.
- Help customers derive substantial value from Checkr's identity and background verification services as they scale.
- Participate in cross-functional initiatives that improve the customer experience and strengthen platform adoption.
- Maintain clear written and verbal communication to stakeholders, reflecting Checkr's professional brand at all times.
Requirements
- Bring zero to two years of client-facing experience in customer success, account support, or related roles.
- Demonstrate clear written and verbal communication skills while representing Checkr to customers and stakeholders.
- Show a high attention to detail and follow-through on commitments with minimal oversight.
- Use Salesforce, Google Workspace, and Slack to manage information and coordinate work effectively.
- Operate as an A-player who raises standards, moves quickly, stays resilient amid ambiguity, and owns outcomes end to end.
- Have an interest in HR technology, background checks, or platform-driven services as a meaningful advantage.
