About the role
You will architect and own the end to end design of high impact talent development programs that directly advance the careers of our colleagues. You will act as the primary strategist and executor for onboarding, engagement, leadership development, and coaching initiatives. In this role you will translate complex workforce data into clear development pathways and foster long term engagement across the firm. You will serve as a trusted advisor to our Professional Services Team, aligning talent solutions with evolving business needs. You will champion a culture of continuous learning and ensure that our development offerings remain relevant and impactful. You will lead by example in demonstrating curiosity, analytical rigor, and a deep commitment to people growth. You will embody our DEIB principles in every initiative you design and deliver.

What you'll do
● Architect and deliver comprehensive onboarding experiences that accelerate time to productivity for new colleagues across diverse roles.
● Design and iterate on colleague engagement programs that measure sentiment, drive participation, and foster a resilient, inclusive culture.
● Lead the development of leadership pathways and coaching curricula that prepare high potential talent for expanded responsibility.
● Partner with the Enterprise Architecture team to refine data models, ensuring talent metrics are accurate, reliable, and actionable.
● Conduct advanced people analytics to identify capability gaps, forecast future needs, and recommend targeted development interventions.
● Own the end to end performance management lifecycle for the Professional Services Team, including calibration, feedback cycles, and insights generation.
● Build and maintain strong partnerships with the Professional Services Team leadership to diagnose development needs and coach on team dynamics.
● Guide managers in performance conversations and team health diagnostics to strengthen leadership capability and consistency.
● Serve as a strategic integrator between talent development, recruiting, learning, finance, and talent operations to ensure program coherence.
● Mentor and develop the talent development team, elevating their data literacy, strategic mindset, and ownership.
● Influence senior leaders through data driven insights and compelling narratives that justify investments in talent initiatives.
● Evaluate emerging technologies and platforms to enhance the candidate and colleague experience across the employee lifecycle.
● Monitor industry trends and benchmark best practices to continuously elevate the firm's development standards.
● Ensure all talent programs reflect our DEIB commitments and reinforce the firm's core values in practice.
Requirements
● Hold a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
● Bring 8 or more years of progressive experience in talent development, people operations, or human resources.
● Demonstrate a strong track record using people analytics and data driven decision making to inform program strategy.
● Have prior experience in professional services, management consulting, or other knowledge intensive environments.
● Show proven ability to design and implement talent development programs including onboarding, leadership development, coaching, and performance management.
● Think strategically, connecting talent initiatives to business outcomes and organizational performance.
● Navigate ambiguity effectively, bringing structure and clarity to evolving challenges with a focus on continuous improvement.
● Exercise expert level project management and systems thinking to manage complexity without losing sight of objectives.
● Exhibit strong leadership presence, credibility, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders to achieve buy in.
● Be technologically savvy with experience implementing and optimizing HR systems and tools.
● Comfortably use data analytics tools and platforms to derive insights and communicate findings.
● Demonstrate high emotional intelligence, including trust building, empathy, and effective coaching.
● Exercise outstanding judgment, maturity, and integrity when handling confidential and sensitive information.
Nice to have
Preferred backgrounds in professional services, management consulting, or similar knowledge intensive settings.
Experience with HR analytics platforms and visualization tools.
Familiarity with healthcare specific talent and workforce challenges.

Salary range is $147,000 to $205,000 inclusive of an annual discretionary bonus.
