This position requires you to own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from initial requisition intake to final offer negotiation and onboarding coordination. You will be instrumental in designing and deploying innovative sourcing strategies that expand our reach into diverse and passive talent pools. Your work will directly influence the speed and quality of hire, enabling the business to scale efficiently in a high-growth environment. You will champion data-driven decision-making by tracking key metrics and using insights to continuously refine recruitment strategies. What you'll do
- Partner with leadership to conduct comprehensive workforce planning and identify evolving talent requirements for future business objectives.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber candidates from both active and passive talent pools across various channels.
- Design and improve core recruitment processes to enhance the candidate experience while reducing organizational time-to-fill and cost-per-hire.
- Evaluate and utilize applicant tracking systems and other technologies to streamline workflows, increase recruiter productivity, and provide actionable hiring analytics.
- Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and translate them into effective job profiles.
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to identify, evaluate, and recommend highly qualified candidates for serious consideration.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to strengthen our value proposition and showcase our mission-driven culture to prospective employees.
- Collaborate closely with People Operations to ensure a seamless and positive onboarding experience for all new hires.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics and key performance indicators to identify trends, report insights, and drive continuous improvement.
- Proactively manage the full lifecycle of high-volume or complex searches, ensuring timely execution against aggressive hiring goals.
- Identify and implement best practices for diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the sourcing, screening, and hiring processes.
- Manage multiple competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements related to the recruitment function.
- Contribute to the development of job descriptions and interview guides to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with departmental needs.
- Act as a primary point of contact for candidates, providing exceptional communication and support throughout the hiring journey.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in full-cycle, high-volume recruiting or a related field.
- Demonstrated history of successfully managing complex, confidential, and time-sensitive searches.
- Extensive experience with both internal and external recruiting methodologies and best practices.
- Expert-level proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Strong knowledge of employment law and equal employment opportunity regulations.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills across all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated success in building diverse teams and fostering an inclusive work environment.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
- Experience evaluating and optimizing recruitment processes and metrics is required.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and rapidly scaling startup environment.
- Willingness to travel as required for recruitment events, meetings, and candidate interviews.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship now or at any time during employment.
