Coordinate the flow of materials through the production operation to prevent stoppages and ensure continuity.

Provide first line support to production and construction teams by resolving urgent material needs quickly and efficiently.

Interpret work orders and production schedules to confirm material requirements and validate inventory accuracy.

Collaborate with planning and scheduling teams to adjust material priorities based on real time operational demands.

Communicate with logistics partners to track inbound shipments and verify that parts meet quality and quantity expectations.

Perform cycle counts and inventory checks to maintain data integrity and support accurate stock reporting.

Initiate corrective actions with internal teams and external vendors to resolve discrepancies and secure missing materials.

Support the assembly and build activities by ensuring the right resources are available at the right time and place.

Act as a bridge between the shop floor and supply chain functions to streamline issue resolution and reduce downtime.

Promote a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement in all material handling and coordination activities.

Document all material movements, transactions, and communications to maintain clear and auditable records.

Utilize warehouse management systems and material handling equipment to perform tasks accurately and efficiently.

Monitor material stock levels and lead times to proactively address potential shortages before they impact production.

Demonstrate flexibility in scheduling and task execution to respond to changing priorities and urgent requests.

Requirements
