This position centers on program management as a discipline of clarity and execution. You will guide complex initiatives from intent to measurable outcomes while advancing a world-class PMO Services practice. The focus is on connecting strategy to delivery, establishing governance, and enabling transformation through structured leadership. You will own the end-to-end management of complex client programs, guiding strategy definition through measurable execution. Orchestrate concurrent workstreams while proactively managing risks, dependencies, governance, and executive decision points. Translate strategic priorities into tangible business outcomes in partnership with senior client leaders. Build trusted relationships that enable cross-functional influence without reliance on formal authority.
What you'll do
Take ownership of end-to-end complex client programs, guiding strategy definition through measurable execution and ensuring alignment with client objectives.
Orchestrate concurrent workstreams while proactively managing risks, dependencies, governance, and executive decision points to maintain momentum and clarity.
Translate strategic priorities into tangible business outcomes in partnership with senior client leaders, ensuring initiatives directly support organizational goals.
Build trusted relationships that enable cross-functional influence without reliance on formal authority, fostering collaboration across diverse teams.
Integrate solutions across Cfgi practices to address intricate client transformation challenges, leveraging the full breadth of the firm's capabilities.
Strengthen methodologies and capture lessons learned to refine delivery and support business development, creating reusable assets for future engagements.
Create executive communications, steering materials, and governance artifacts that elevate program visibility and drive informed decisions at critical moments.
Consolidate insights to drive continuous improvement and enhance transformation delivery standards, embedding best practices into program management.
Establish clear governance frameworks and decision pathways that align stakeholders, manage expectations, and ensure accountability throughout the program lifecycle.
Champion the translation of high-level strategy into actionable plans that balance ambition with practical constraints and delivery feasibility.
Partner with practice leaders to identify opportunity areas within client programs, proposing targeted interventions that unlock value and accelerate outcomes.
Act as a thought partner to senior stakeholders, challenging assumptions and anticipating issues to solve problems ahead of impact and reduce execution risk.
Requirements
10-12+ years leading business and technology initiatives in consulting or enterprise environments, with a track record of managing transformation at scale.
Demonstrated experience leading transformation programs from strategy through successful implementation, ensuring outcomes are met and sustained.
Direct leadership of complex transformation initiatives, not merely participation, showing ownership of scope, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
Proven ability to orchestrate multiple concurrent workstreams with cross-functional and executive dependencies, maintaining coherence and focus.
Skill in building integrated program plans that link people, priorities, governance, risks, and business outcomes into a cohesive delivery roadmap.
Experience influencing stakeholders at various levels and driving alignment without formal authority, using persuasion and insight to advance agendas.
Strong business judgment to anticipate issues, challenge assumptions, and solve problems ahead of impact, protecting program integrity and value.
Exceptional communication skills to develop executive presentations and governance artifacts that create visibility and support confident decision-making.
Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship, as the role is location-specific and tied to client demands in the U.S. market.
Commitment to practicing the standards and methodologies of the PMO Services discipline, upholding quality and consistency in every engagement.

Compensation for this position ranges from $160,000 to $200,000 annually, reflecting the scope, responsibility, and impact of the role.
The position is based in the United States, requiring eligibility to work in the country without sponsorship due to client and regulatory constraints.
Travel may be required depending on client location and program demands, with expectations aligned with Cfgi policies and client site requirements.
Candidates must be available for flexible scheduling to accommodate client time zones, governance cadences, and critical decision windows.
