Data & AI - Manager
Job description
About the role
You will lead high-impact Data & AI engagements for clients across India or Japan, owning the full delivery lifecycle from initial scoping through solution implementation and executive sign-off. You will translate ambiguous business problems into concrete technical roadmaps, designing data pipelines, advanced analytics models, and AI applications that drive measurable value. You will act as a trusted advisor to CFOs and senior stakeholders, aligning technical recommendations with strategic business objectives and regulatory expectations. You will spearhead AI readiness assessments, responsible-AI governance, and the design of AI-enabled managed-service offerings tailored to your market. You will own client relationships, facilitating workshops, articulating complex concepts clearly, and presenting actionable recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences. Finally, you will actively contribute to business growth by identifying new opportunities, developing compelling proposals, and supporting account expansion initiatives in your assigned market.
