Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial reporting, analysis, or a related field, preferably within the fintech or telecommunications sector.
• Proven experience in managing teams and leading reporting initiatives, with a track record of delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into meaningful insights.
• Proficiency in reporting tools and software (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau) and experience with ERP systems.
