Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in product management or a similar role within the financial services industry, specifically focusing on derivatives.
• Strong understanding of OTC and ETD products, including their mechanics, market dynamics, and regulatory environment.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
