What you'll do

• Lead the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap, prioritizing features based on market research and user feedback.
• Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape, informing product positioning and differentiation.
• Work closely with engineering teams to translate product requirements into technical specifications, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, gathering insights to inform product enhancements and future development.
• Create and manage product documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and release notes, to facilitate clear communication across teams.
• Monitor product performance metrics post-launch, using data-driven insights to iterate and improve product offerings continuously.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings and workshops to foster collaboration and ensure alignment on product goals and timelines.
• Act as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries, providing updates and insights to internal teams and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role within the technology or financial services sector, with a minimum of 3 years in product management.
• Strong understanding of product development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum, with a track record of successfully launching products.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions based on insights.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with diverse stakeholders, including technical teams and executive leadership.
• Experience conducting market research and user testing to validate product concepts and features.
• Proficiency in product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar platforms, along with familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics or Mixpanel.
