What you'll do

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define and prioritize product features based on market research and user feedback, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Develop and maintain a clear product roadmap that outlines the vision, strategy, and execution plan for product development.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the development team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful implementation of product features.
• Conduct regular meetings with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and marketing, to facilitate communication and ensure project alignment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in product management or product ownership, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
• Proven track record of successfully managing the product lifecycle from concept to launch.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience in using data to drive decision-making and product improvements.
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management software.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and build consensus among diverse groups.

Nice to have

• Experience in the fintech or data analytics sectors is a plus.
• Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and experience collaborating with design teams.
