Location and Work Details
The position is based at the Framingham Inspection Center located at 63 Western Ave, Framingham, MA 01702. This is a full-time role operating during the first shift, which runs from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The schedule may include mandatory overtime depending on business demands. Compensation begins at $19 per hour.
What you'll do
- Execute cleaning and finishing procedures to prepare vehicles for customer handoff in the inspection process.
- Gather and organize tools and supplies to maintain efficient and orderly stations within the Framingham Inspection Center.
- Coordinate with teammates to facilitate the movement of vehicles between departments according to established workflow requirements.
- Maintain the visual appearance of vehicles by performing detailed exterior cleaning and polishing while protecting adjacent trim and components.
- Accurately document each vehicle's condition using digital tools as units progress through the workflow stages.
- Assist inspection associates by clearing access points and removing obstacles to maximize station throughput and efficiency.
- Clean and maintain all cleaning equipment and supplies to ensure they continue to meet safety and presentation standards.
- Work in collaboration with logistics teams to align vehicle staging with shipping schedules and lot movement requirements.
- Follow all scope Practical notes and company procedures to ensure consistency and compliance in every task.
- Support the operational goals of the Inspection Center by completing tasks accurately and within designated timeframes.
- Contribute to a safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and reporting any potential hazards immediately.
- Promote a professional standard of cleanliness that reflects positively on the Carvana brand with every vehicle interaction.
- Utilize time management skills to handle multiple vehicles and priorities during a single shift without compromising quality.

Requirements
The role requires the ability to lift up to 60 pounds repeatedly during a single shift while operating tools and equipment. You must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driver's license, which may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Records review. Success in this position requires comfort working in a fast-paced environment and the ability to tolerate varied weather conditions encountered during outdoor operations. You must be able to stand or walk for extended periods while performing detailed tasks. The ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately is essential for maintaining workflow standards. You should be comfortable using digital tools and systems to record information throughout the shift. Reliable transportation to the Framingham, Massachusetts location is necessary. Consistent attendance and punctuality are required to ensure smooth operations and team coordination.
