Set daily priorities for intake activities in the front zone. Design workflows that convert raw input into secure building blocks for the site. Guide reviews of procedures to uphold standards before release. Ship compliant processes that meet policy and operational needs. Partner with internal teams to align safety and service goals. Coordinate incident responses to protect associates and company image. Maintain technology tools that monitor access and secure sensitive zones. Support training so new hires understand rules and expected behaviors. Track metrics to expose weak points and drive continuous improvement. Champion readiness so the team handles emergencies without hesitation. Execute precise monitoring of secure zones to prevent unauthorized entry and maintain order. Utilize data trends to optimize staffing and strengthen protective measures across shifts. Facilitate clear communication with cross functional partners to resolve operational gaps. Ensure all activities related to safety and security align with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
You must manage daily intake tasks for secure operations. You need three years of experience in safety or protection roles. You have skill coordinating people, processes, and technology systems. You can review data and adjust plans under tight timelines. You must ship solutions that satisfy policy and local rules. You should partner with teams outside your unit to hit shared targets. You must use systems that control badge access and server room entries. You should sustain incident management programs that keep sites safe. You are required to work the schedule posted You must adhere to all applicable policies, laws, and regulations in the execution of your duties. You are expected to maintain confidentiality regarding people, processes, and proprietary information at all times. You must demonstrate the ability to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures consistently. Daily context
You will lead the Safe and Secure Associate team who serves as the face of Carvana at the front desk. You will supervise day to day activities, provide training and coaching on protocols, and uphold a high level of performance. You will act as a representative of Carvana in routine meetings and day to day activities with internal and external partners. The role requires articulating desired behavior, delivering timely and actionable feedback, and motivating the team to balance urgency and quality. You will prevent and resolve conflict, monitor adherence to systems and policies, and escalate high risk issues to senior leadership with recommendations. You will plan and lead the Incident Management Program, focusing on sustainable awareness and effective preparedness. You will ensure equipment is properly functioning and address issues related to badge access, server room controls, and monitoring technology. You will collaborate with stakeholders to align security initiatives with business objectives and customer experience standards. You will support the implementation of process improvements based on insights from data and operational reviews. You will maintain readiness through drills, documentation, and continuous refinement of security protocols. You will communicate performance expectations clearly and reinforce standards through consistent coaching and constructive feedback.
