Overview
This position is based in Framingham, Massachusetts, and operates as a full-time role with an hourly compensation range of $18 to $20. The Title Administrator reports to the Office Manager, Commercial Accounts Manager, or another designated manager. This role is integral to the auction processing workflow and supports a team-first environment within a service-oriented, fast-paced industry.
Responsibilities
You will manage front office ownership for the title workflow, guiding visitors and processing automotive documentation while upholding a team-first culture. Setting the visitor agenda at the front counter to direct traffic and manage expectations for internal and external clients is a primary duty. You will guide cars through title intake by accepting documents and verifying accuracy before any processing begins. Analyzing state rules and fee structures ensures title workflows align with local Department of Motor Vehicle requirements. You will calculate transaction fees and confirm flooring plan payments so financial details remain precise and orderly. Completing transfers between buyers and sellers while entering data into internal databases with strict accuracy is essential. Submitting requests for duplicate records and verifying information such as odometer readings and release of liens falls within this role's scope. Preparing outgoing titles and organizing document filing systems maintains clear records for audits and reviews. Running reports and customer worksheets supports inventory trend analysis and commercial account requirements. Answering phones professionally, discerning caller needs, and coordinating outbound communication for collections updates are regular tasks. Handling additional assignments from management supports broader commercial account operations as priorities evolve.
Required Qualifications
You hold a high school diploma or equivalent credential. Notary certification is required or must be obtainable for state certification in title and registration processing. You bring one year of prior automotive title experience from an auction, dealership, or motor vehicle setting. You demonstrate strong multitasking ability while maintaining sharp attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do
- Execute the daily Title Administrator workflow at Carvana in Framingham, ensuring all front office activities align with operational standards.

Requirements
- Hold a high school diploma or equivalent credential as the minimum educational requirement.
- Obtain Notary certification or secure state certification for title and registration processing within the required timeframe.

- Demonstrate strong multitasking ability while maintaining sharp attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
