Carvana Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Dallas Texas is a factory-authorized Stellantis dealership adding an experienced Tech III to our shop. We are a full-service repair facility performing engine, transmission, diesel, drivability, warranty and electrical repairs - not just maintenance work. This is a true dealership service department handling customer-pay and warranty repairs, recalls, and module programming. This is not a recon or inspection facility.
What you'll be doing
- Diagnose customer concerns and perform proper repairs
- Engine and powertrain repairs

- Diesel (Cummins) repairs
- Warranty and recall repairs
- Check engine and drivability diagnostics
- Module programming and software updates using wiTECH
- Communicate repair findings to advisors using digital inspections and video
- Follow factory repair procedures and service information
- Dealership technician experience preferred (CDJR strongly preferred)
- Phase 3 Certified Stellantis technician
- Ability to perform main line repairs and diagnostics
- Comfortable using factory scan tools and service information
- Ability to diagnose before replacing parts
- Strong work ethic and team attitude
- Valid driver's license
- ASE certifications not required

About the Role
We are seeking a Stellantis Phase 3 Certified Technician to own the full diagnostic and repair lifecycle for vehicles arriving at our Dallas facility. In this role, you will be responsible for interpreting customer concerns and translating them into accurate repair strategies that preserve our promise of quality. You will perform engine and powertrain repairs while applying the same rigorous standards you would expect for your own family vehicle. The position requires deep engagement with warranty and recall work, ensuring that every module programming task aligns with factory procedures. You will leverage your expertise to diagnose issues before replacing parts, reducing waste and maximizing efficiency in our shop. What You'll Do

Requirements
- Must hold Phase 3 Certified Stellantis technician status.
- Possess a valid driver's license to perform on-site duties as needed.
- Have dealership technician experience, with CDJR experience strongly preferred.
- Ability to perform main line repairs and diagnostics across multiple vehicle systems.
- Comfortable using factory scan tools and accessing official service information.
- Demonstrated skill in diagnosing issues before initiating part replacements.
- Strong work ethic and a team-oriented attitude to support collaborative workflows.
- Commitment to following factory procedures to ensure safety and compliance.
