Requirements

• You have 3+ years of recommended experience working within a transactional or corporate practice group, or an in-house commercial legal team.
• You must have hands-on exposure to commercial contracts and investment-related NDA drafting as part of your prior experience.
• You thrive in high-volume, deadline-driven environments and can context-switch between competing demands without letting quality slip.
• You possess a strong grasp of relevant legal concepts and the commercial pragmatism to apply them appropriately in real-world situations.
• You demonstrate crisp and concise written and verbal communication so that clients and colleagues get what they need without requiring repeated clarification.
• You take ownership as a self-starter, spotting inefficiencies and actively looking for ways to improve how the team operates.
