What you'll do
- Develop and execute strategic account plans that align with Carlsmed's business objectives and client needs, ensuring long-term partnerships and revenue growth.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within assigned accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for all account-related inquiries and issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to deliver tailored solutions that meet client expectations and enhance their experience.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new offerings that can drive additional revenue streams.
- Lead negotiations for contract renewals and expansions, ensuring favorable terms that benefit both Carlsmed and our clients.
- Monitor account performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
- Mentor and guide account management teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement in client service.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development within the medical device or healthcare technology industry.
- Proven track record of managing strategic accounts and achieving sales targets, with a strong understanding of the orthopedic market.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Experience in leading and mentoring teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
