About the role
You will own the end-to-end lifecycle strategy for Juniper, designing and executing data-driven campaigns that guide patients from initial interest through long-term retention. This role requires you to translate complex health insights into engaging, empathetic narratives that resonate across multiple direct channels. You will be responsible for building a cohesive patient experience that feels personal, supportive, and aligned with their health goals. Your work will directly influence patient adherence, satisfaction, and the long-term value of the Juniper program. You will act as the strategic voice for the patient, ensuring every interaction reinforces trust and the patient-first mission of Eucalyptus. This position demands a balance of analytical rigor and creative storytelling to drive meaningful behavioral change. You will be accountable for defining the roadmap of lifecycle engagement that supports the broader ecosystem of health services.

What you'll do
Develop and deploy lifecycle marketing campaigns across email, push, SMS, and in-app messaging to nurture patients at every stage of their journey.
Use data and behavioral insights to segment audiences and personalize communications, ensuring messages are relevant and timely for each cohort.
Leverage content strategy to produce high-quality materials focused on nutrition, weight loss, and holistic health that educate and motivate patients.
Design innovative campaign structures such as automated onboarding sequences, targeted retention flows, and reactivation strategies to sustain engagement.
Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and analytics teams to align lifecycle initiatives with business objectives and user needs.
Implement rigorous A/B testing frameworks to continuously refine campaigns and improve performance over time.
Track and interpret key engagement and retention metrics, transforming findings into actionable recommendations for future initiatives.
Work cross-functionally with prescribers, nurses, and health coaches to ensure messaging is clinically aligned and supportive of patient needs.
Champion a patient-centric mindset by advocating for empathetic communication and removing friction in the user journey.
Identify opportunities to integrate new channels and tactics that enhance the patient experience and deepen long-term relationships.
Maintain brand consistency while experimenting with creative approaches that resonate with diverse patient segments.
Document strategies and workflows to ensure transparency, scalability, and ease of collaboration across teams.
Requirements
Bring at least 4 years of hands-on experience in lifecycle marketing or CRM roles, preferably within fast-paced or startup environments.
Demonstrate confident proficiency with marketing automation platforms such as Klaviyo, Customer.io, or Braze, and fluency in analytics tools like Tableau, Mixpanel, or Metabase.
Show a data-driven mindset, using existing insights to uncover gaps in the patient journey and identify clear opportunities for optimization.
Possess strong written communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging, empathetic content that resonates with patients under various contexts.
Show a genuine passion for patient experience and problem-solving, backed by a demonstrated interest in health, wellness, and long-term care.
Be highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities while collaborating effectively within a team.

Nice to have

Background in managing campaigns for a large patient population using GLP-1 or similar therapeutic frameworks.
Familiarity with NICE guidelines or experience working within NHS-supported health service models.
Exposure to clinical research or published outcomes that demonstrate measurable improvements in patient health.

Engagement is full-time, requiring availability during standard business hours for effective collaboration.
