Strategy & Operations Associate
Job description
About the role
You will own a portfolio of high-impact projects and ongoing operational initiatives that directly shape how Juniper delivers care to patients. You will act as a strategic executor, translating the vision of the Head of Services into tangible improvements in engagement, retention, and clinical outcomes. This role requires you to diagnose problems, design operational systems, and drive their implementation across a fast-scaling health coaching environment. You will own the design and optimization of workflows, ensuring they support a consistent and high-quality patient experience at scale. You will partner with Health Coaching Team Leads and cross-functional stakeholders to turn hypotheses into measurable results. No two weeks will be identical, as you navigate a variety of pressing operational and strategic challenges. If you thrive in ambiguous, project-based work and want to directly influence how care is delivered to millions of patients, this role is a critical opportunity.
