About the role
Eucalyptus is expanding its international footprint, bringing its weight-management program, Juniper, to new global markets. We are seeking a performance marketer to manage channel execution and drive growth across Germany, Canada, Japan, and upcoming launches. You will work directly with our Head of International Growth and Performance and Staff Performance Marketer to scale our presence and hit target customer acquisition costs within 90-day launch windows. In this capacity, you will own the full performance strategy for key regions, translating high-level business goals into executable media plans. You will be responsible for ensuring that marketing efforts are not only effective in driving volume but also efficient in maintaining healthy unit economics. This role requires a proactive mindset to identify opportunities and mitigate risks in a dynamic, fast-growing environment. You will be a key architect of our international growth, shaping how we acquire and retain customers in new territories.

What you'll do
- Manage and scale Meta campaigns across international markets with a focus on daily execution and performance improvement.
- Expand spend into TikTok and other emerging channels using rigorous creative testing and measurement frameworks.
- Lead the end-to-end performance marketing setup for new market entries, including account architecture, measurement, and creative production.
- Adapt account strategies based on platform updates such as Advantage+, ASC, server-side eventing, and bidding changes.
- Design and execute experiments across bidding, audience targeting, and creative assets.
- Collaborate on full-funnel initiatives including landing page testing, quiz design, and lifecycle transitions.
- Maintain commercial accountability for budget allocation, focusing on CAC, LTV, and payback metrics.
- Coordinate with Central Creative and Production teams to refine briefs and testing pillars.
- Report on performance metrics and share actionable insights across global markets.
- Own the analysis of channel performance to inform future investment decisions and strategic pivots.
- Partner with data teams to ensure tracking integrity and data accuracy across all campaigns.
- Optimize creative assets based on performance data to improve relevance and conversion rates.
- Support the development of brand guidelines tailored to specific international audiences.
- Act as the primary point of contact for performance-related queries from cross-functional stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of performance marketing experience within direct-to-consumer brands.
- Deep expertise in Meta as a primary channel, including current mechanics like CAPI, attribution windows, and bid strategies.
- Proven experience in consumer subscription or considered-purchase categories such as telehealth, fintech, or education.
- Demonstrated ability to launch performance marketing for new brands or markets.
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to manage budgets based on LTV and contribution margin.
- Hands-on technical ability to design tests and analyze data directly within ad platforms.
- Excellent written communication skills for documentation and strategic planning.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United Kingdom without sponsorship.
- Must have the right to live and work in the UK as evidenced by the required documentation.
- Must meet our eligibility criteria as defined by UK employment law.
- Must be available to work from our Old Street office in London for three days per week.
- Must be able to commit to a full-time schedule aligned with business needs and launch cycles.
Nice to have
- Experience in healthcare or other regulated industries.
- Background in multi-market international growth, specifically within Europe or APAC.
- Proficiency in a second European language, particularly German.
- Technical skills in SQL or BigQuery.
- Familiarity with incrementality testing, geo holdouts, or marketing mix modeling.
- Experience with CRO, landing page optimization, or CRM/lifecycle marketing.
- Ability to use AI tools like Claude Code to improve workflow efficiency.
