About the role
A leader is needed to own and scale customer onboarding for a high-growth ERP platform. This role manages a team of Implementation Managers and establishes the methods that move customers from kickoff to go-live. Success is defined by fast, quality adoption and a smooth handoff to Customer Success.
Finance teams manage money, forecasts, and reporting. Analysts build models and explain variance. Controllers run accounting and compliance. FP&A professionals support decisions with budgets and forecasts. The work is precise, deadline driven, and tied to business results. Finance teams follow tight calendars, with monthly closes and annual planning cycles. Accuracy and auditability are expected on every deliverable.

What you'll do
Implementation teams hire, develop, and retain Implementation Managers at multiple experience levels to build a strong onboarding function.
Implementation standards are set through structured 1:1s and career path mapping to strengthen the implementation function.
Time-to-live is driven down without sacrificing customer experience and implementation quality.
Bottlenecks are identified, processes are iterated, and implementation health is reported on to company leadership.
Requirements
The posting states a bachelor's degree requirement. 10+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or ERP implementation, with meaningful time in client-facing or professional services roles.
Demonstrated experience leading and managing implementation or solutions teams, including hiring and developing talent.
Hands-on experience implementing accounting or ERP platforms such as NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Workday, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar.
Deep accounting fluency enables credible advice to CFOs and Controllers on structuring workflows in Campfire.
Strong project management instincts are used to track timelines, surface risks, and align customers and internal stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills build trust with customers and enable collaboration across product, engineering, and go-to-market teams.
Nice to have
CPA or equivalent accounting credential.
Background in a Big 4, national accounting firm, or management consulting firm, combined with SaaS or fintech experience.
Experience building or scaling an implementation function in a high-growth startup.
Familiarity with multi-entity consolidation, revenue recognition (ASC 606), or complex intercompany accounting.
