- Uphold company standards across all subcontractors and crews while tracking budgets and reporting project status with complete transparency.
- Interface with clients and consultants to direct on-site activities and ensure that all partners remain aligned under demanding conditions.
- Maintain rigorous safety and quality standards while closely watching materials, equipment, and schedules to prevent delays and ensure excellence.
Requirements
Candidates must bring a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in the construction industry, with a clear preference for demonstrated work on government contracts. You should hold a four-year degree in engineering or construction management and possess 10 years of hands-on experience managing complex builds. You must be adept at reading plans, verifying estimates, and controlling costs effectively in the field. The ability to perform physical tasks is essential, including crawling, climbing, walking, and lifting over 50 pounds. You must be capable of working in confined spaces or at extreme heights while exposed to hot, cold, humid, and wet conditions. A valid driver's license is required to perform duties related to project travel. You will report directly to a Construction Executive or Vice President. This role demands a strong work ethic, accountability, and a commitment to positive teamwork.
