About the role
Cabify Logistics is seeking a Growth Manager to spearhead the development and execution of ambitious expansion initiatives across Latin America. In this capacity, you will be responsible for conceiving and implementing robust Go-To-Market strategies that unlock new revenue streams and enhance market presence. The role requires a blend of analytical rigor and creative problem-solving to navigate complex market dynamics and operational constraints. You will act as the primary architect of growth experiments, designing tests that validate hypotheses and de-risk significant investments. Success in this position will be defined by your ability to translate ambiguous business challenges into clear, data-backed strategic actions. You will partner closely with operations and commercial teams to ensure that growth initiatives are aligned with real-world execution capabilities. The position demands ownership of the full growth lifecycle, from opportunity identification through to scaled implementation. Ultimately, you will be measured by your capacity to generate sustainable, profitable growth while strengthening Cabify's competitive position in key urban markets.

What you'll do
- Design and deploy comprehensive Go-To-Market strategies for new products, services, customer segments, and geographic markets, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
- Conduct in-depth evaluations of commercial and operational performance metrics to identify high-potential growth, penetration, and expansion opportunities.
- Develop sophisticated business models, detailed market analyses, multi-year projections, and rigorous business cases that inform major strategic investment decisions.
- Orchestrate and lead cross-functional projects involving Commercial, Operations, Product, Marketing, and Finance teams to accelerate implementation and break down silos.
- Perform deep dives into customer behavior, competitor activity, and broader market trends to uncover underserved niches and new possibilities for differentiation.
- Establish clear success metrics, establish tracking frameworks, and deliver regular data-backed recommendations to senior leadership.
- Conceptualize, manage, and analyze experiments, pilots, and proofs of concept to test growth hypotheses under real-world conditions before committing large-scale resources.
- Partner with commercial stakeholders to optimize pricing, packaging, and go-to-market motions based on quantitative insights and qualitative feedback.
- Drive the development of standardized playbooks and toolkits to ensure consistency and scalability of growth initiatives across regions.
- Act as a subject matter expert on growth strategy within the logistics and mobility space, contributing to the broader knowledge base of the organization.
- Monitor key performance indicators rigorously, diagnosing variances and proposing corrective actions to maximize return on investment.
- Leverage data visualization and storytelling techniques to communicate complex analyses and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Identify and mitigate commercial and operational risks associated with new growth initiatives, ensuring compliance and alignment with company policies.
- Continuously scan the external environment for emerging technologies, regulatory changes, and market disruptions that could impact future growth strategies.
Requirements
- Must possess hands-on experience developing or executing Go-To-Market strategies in a complex, fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to transform raw data into actionable business decisions that drive measurable financial outcomes.
- Proven strategic mindset combined with strong practical execution skills, capable of delivering results in ambiguous and dynamic situations.
- Extensive track record of leading complex, cross-functional projects that involve numerous stakeholders and conflicting priorities.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a structured approach to diagnosing issues and evaluating alternatives.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including the ability to build sophisticated models and dashboards independently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize findings into compelling narratives for leadership.
- High degree of ownership and accountability, with a bias for action and comfort operating in fast-moving, high-growth settings.

- Familiarity with SQL or hands-on experience using Business Intelligence tools to query data and build dashboards.
- Professional background in technology, logistics, marketplaces, mobility, e-commerce, or high-growth startups.
- Prior roles in Growth Strategy, GTM Strategy, Business Operations, Strategy and Planning, Consulting (Strategy or Operations), Commercial Strategy, Revenue Operations, Business Analytics, Data and Insights with a business focus, or Operations with strategic project leadership.
