Collections Global Manager

About the role

Cabify is seeking a leader to direct our global collections strategy and standardize accounts receivable processes across all operating markets. You will manage cash flow generation, minimize bad debt, and drive operational efficiency through automation and data-driven improvements.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement a global collections strategy aligned with company financial goals.
• Create unified policies and procedures while accounting for local regulatory requirements.
• Maximize cash flow by reducing the average collection period and outstanding balances.
• Lead and mentor the global collections team and provide functional oversight to local teams.
• Collaborate with Treasury, Accounting, B2B, Customer Experience, Operations, Legal, and Product departments.
• Drive the automation of collection workflows and integrate digital tools to increase productivity.
• Monitor performance indicators, maintain global dashboards, and analyze customer payment trends.
• Manage high-risk client escalations and coordinate legal recovery processes when necessary.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, or Order to Cash roles.
• Proven track record of leading international teams.
• Experience working within multinational companies or high-growth technology environments.
• Demonstrated success in managing transformation and automation projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on results and stakeholder management.

• NetSuite ERP
• Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Looker, Tableau, or similar)
• Knowledge of AI and automation solutions for collections
• Working capital optimization
• Strategic planning and change management

Practical notes

This is an on-site position based in Madrid. You will be responsible for both the strategic direction and operational execution of the collections function globally.
