What you'll do
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of user and driver activity to map behavioral patterns and identify high-potential expansion opportunities.
- Architect and maintain sophisticated reports and dashboards that translate raw metrics into clear narratives for guiding data-backed business decisions.
- Execute in-depth tracking of retention and acquisition campaigns to measure true impact and optimize future spending.
- Design, develop, and propose structured experiments aimed at refining the user experience and validating hypotheses about product changes.
- Establish monitoring frameworks that detect anomalies in key performance indicators in real time, allowing for rapid response.
- Synthesize complex datasets to generate insights on user lifecycle stages, focusing on activation, retention, and long-term loyalty.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define metrics and ensure alignment between analytical outputs and business objectives.
- Challenge existing assumptions by performing cohort and segment analyses that reveal hidden opportunities within the driver and user base.
- Maintain a rigorous documentation process for methodologies and definitions to ensure consistency and reproducibility across all analyses.
- Act as the primary analyst for growth initiatives, providing the evidence base necessary for strategic investment and feature prioritization.
Requirements
- Possess between 1 and 2 years of professional experience in data analysis or related fields, or demonstrate equivalent capability as a student nearing graduation with a strong analytical background.
- Exhibit a high level of proficiency in Excel, including the ability to manipulate large datasets, write complex formulas, and ensure data integrity.
- Demonstrate proven experience with visualization software such as Tableau or Power BI to create clear, interactive, and insightful dashboards.
- Show a solid understanding of data fundamentals, including the ability to clean, transform, and model data to answer specific business questions.
- Highlight a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple analytical requests simultaneously without compromising accuracy.
- Bring a structured approach to problem-solving, utilizing logic and evidence to drive conclusions rather than intuition alone.
- Communicate effectively in Spanish, ensuring that complex analytical concepts are accessible to non-technical stakeholders.
- Commit to maintaining data privacy and adhering to internal guidelines regarding the handling of sensitive user information.
