You are responsible for owning the end to end analytics lifecycle, from data acquisition and modeling to insight generation and stakeholder communication. The position requires you to diagnose inefficiencies within our commercial and operational workflows, providing evidence based recommendations that directly impact profitability. You will act as a bridge between technical data teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that complex metrics are transformed into accessible and actionable strategies. Champion a culture of data driven decision making by providing tools and frameworks for other teams.
Validate the impact of implemented changes by conducting post hoc analysis on performance outcomes.
Leverage advanced SQL techniques to manipulate large datasets and ensure the accuracy of analytical outputs.
Utilize Excel and Google Sheets to build flexible models that support scenario planning and sensitivity analysis.
Deploy visualizations in platforms such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI to make insights intuitive and accessible.
Requirements
Candidates must possess between 3 and 5 years of professional experience in fields such as Business Analytics, Revenue Operations, Business Intelligence, or consulting.
You must demonstrate advanced proficiency in SQL, capable of writing complex queries to extract, transform, and validate data.
You should have hands on experience working with Excel or Google Sheets to build models, dashboards, and perform statistical analysis.
Practical experience with at least one modern Business Intelligence platform such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI is mandatory.
A strong analytical mindset is essential, with the ability to deconstruct problems and synthesize findings into logical conclusions.
You must be comfortable presenting analytical results to stakeholders, explaining technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
The role requires a high attention to detail to ensure that data transformations and calculations are accurate and reproducible.
You should be comfortable working in a fast paced environment where priorities can shift based on business needs.
