Job description
About the role
The offers a structured opportunity to drive measurable impact on the company's commercial performance. In this role, you will own the daily operational follow-up of the SMB segment, focusing intensely on SLAs, data quality, and process compliance to ensure execution aligns with strategic goals. You will identify frictions, inconsistencies, and bottlenecks hidden within the commercial process and collaborate cross-functionally with commercial, marketing, and operations teams to implement data-driven improvements. You will detect patterns, deviations, and improvement opportunities from data, then translate those findings into clear and actionable recommendations for the business. Another key responsibility is to investigate opportunities to grow SMBs by evaluating segments, markets, and acquisition efficiency from the ground up. You will explore AI and automation tools to accelerate analysis, prototype ideas rapidly, and scale learnings across teams. Finally, you will support the definition and tracking of growth experiments focused specifically on conversion, activation, and efficiency to close the loop between insight and action.
