What you'll do

• Develop and execute comprehensive learning strategies that are in sync with the company's overarching business objectives, ensuring that all employees have access to growth opportunities.
• Design and implement global initiatives aimed at cultivating a strong organizational culture, ensuring that these initiatives are effectively embraced across all teams and departments.
• Oversee the entire onboarding process, from the initial stages of candidate engagement through to the completion of the probationary period, ensuring a seamless transition for new hires.
• Create and facilitate leadership development programs that are tailored to enhance the capabilities and effectiveness of management personnel within the organization.
• Spearhead the integration of AI technologies into organizational development workflows, collaborating closely with the AI core team to identify and deploy practical tools that enhance employee performance.
• Manage project budgets meticulously while maintaining strong relationships with external vendors and consultants to ensure the successful delivery of organizational development initiatives.
• Provide expert consulting and training diagnostics to various business units, helping them identify areas for improvement and development.
• Conduct regular assessments of learning and development programs to ensure they meet the evolving needs of the organization and its employees.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and implementing changes based on employee input and performance metrics.
• Monitor industry trends and best practices in organizational development and learning, ensuring that Bybit remains at the forefront of innovation in this space.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align organizational development strategies with the company's vision and goals, ensuring that all initiatives support overall business success.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the fields of Learning and Development or Organization Development, demonstrating a solid track record of success.
• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role, showcasing your ability to guide and inspire teams.
• Proficiency in utilizing e-learning platforms and Learning Management Systems (LMS) to enhance training delivery and employee engagement.
• A proven history of effectively managing projects and budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently and goals are met.
• Strong business acumen, with the ability to negotiate effectively and communicate across diverse teams and levels of the organization.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills, enabling you to connect with senior stakeholders and employees across the globe.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is essential for effective communication within the organization.
• High-level presentation and facilitation skills, capable of engaging large groups and C-suite executives effectively.
• Experience with multimedia training tools and the design of enterprise-level talent development programs is highly desirable.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Mandarin would be an advantage, enhancing communication with a broader range of stakeholders.
