You artfully balance multiple virtual and in-person programs, ensuring each initiative is creative, cost-effective, and aligned with strict timelines and budgets. Your role serves as the key operational link between marketing strategy and on-the-ground event delivery, owning the details so the team can focus on high-level engagement. You will drive the full lifecycle of events, from initial concept through post-event analysis, while maintaining a fun, innovative, and responsive atmosphere. You are expected to draw on years of professional experience to build and reinforce our company and product brands through memorable experiences. What you'll do
Support the Revenue Marketing team across a variety of areas by acting as the key contact for several concurrent marketing projects and programs.
Deliver operational excellence and event success through detailed management and planning to help drive pipeline and increase sales opportunities.
Work with the Senior Lead, Events & Experiences, along with many members of the marketing team, to successfully and creatively market and implement company events, conferences and tradeshows, webinars, speaking engagements, and community events.
Manage venue sourcing, selection, contracting, and ongoing vendor management for all event engagements.
Coordinate speakers, including scheduling, content collection, and travel arrangements to ensure seamless session execution.
Assist with internal and external promotion by collaborating on marketing materials and outreach to amplify event reach.
Create and manage registration websites to optimize attendee flow and data capture for every event.
Oversee app creation and management for event-specific mobile experiences and engagement tools.
Coordinate hotel rooming blocks and manage complex rooming lists for in-person and hybrid events.
Handle transportation management for speakers and attendees where required.
Track budgets rigorously, providing transparent reporting and managing spend to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Negotiate and manage exhibitor and sponsor agreements, fulfill sponsorship benefits, and coordinate all related logistics.
Implement lead retrieval strategies, manage lead capture technology, and generate post-event reporting to measure ROI.
Coordinate swag, gifts, and shipping logistics to ensure timely and accurate distribution to attendees.
Provide onsite and virtual support for logistics, event staff, and vendors to ensure smooth execution.
Maintain and update the Events page on the company website with current information and assets.
Manage incoming requests for new events or sponsorships, evaluating opportunities for strategic fit and impact.
Research and submit proposals for speaking engagements at industry events or webinars on behalf of the company.
Oversee booth and exhibitor property management, including design, build-out, and on-site execution.
Requirements
Minimum 1-3 years of professional marketing, corporate events, and tradeshow experience is required for this role.
You must hold a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Travel is required approximately 20-30% of the time to execute events and meet business needs.
You must be a creative problem-solver who can find unique and efficient solutions under pressure.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is mandatory for daily task completion and reporting.
You must be able to operate under pressure and consistently meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
You need to have a keen ability to negotiate with and manage multiple vendors simultaneously.
You must be marketing technology savvy, with demonstrated ability to work with tools such as CRMs, marketing automation, and event platforms.
Nice to have
Experience with a variety of event formats including tradeshows, community events, corporate meetings, and webinars.
A proven track record of building company and product brands through experiences.
Understanding of the value of creating and nurturing a community around our solutions.
Familiarity with marketing technology stacks and event management platforms.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
