About the role
This role owns the end to end creative execution for assigned client programs within the Consumer Experience team. The hire will shape all visual direction and deliverables so that they reflect the agreed client strategy and brand standards with precision. They will translate complex benefits information into intuitive and accessible materials that employees can easily understand and act upon. This position directly supports client delight by producing engaging content that strengthens program adoption and confidence. The Creative Designer I will contribute proactive ideas that enhance employee engagement and simplify decision making for clients. They will safeguard the integrity of each brand across every touchpoint while maintaining strict compliance to approved visual systems. By partnering closely with writers and strategists, this role ensures that communication goals are met clearly and consistently.

What you'll do
- Interpret client communication strategies and transform them into visual concepts that meet defined objectives and brand guidelines.
- Design a full spectrum of benefits materials including postcards, posters, newsletters, emails, and web landing pages that perform well digitally and in print.
- Configure and design online benefit portals within the proprietary Benefitsolver technology platform to ensure cohesive user experiences.
- Collaborate with content writers to develop copy and visuals that work together seamlessly across all client facing channels.
- Establish and maintain an organized Adobe Library that houses all client specific branding and approved imagery for the managed book of business.
- Prepare production ready files and coordinate external fulfillment processes to keep deliverables on schedule and error free.
- Monitor project timelines using project management software and update progress so that all assignments are completed by agreed due dates.
- Identify potential project risks early and escalate issues to the appropriate team members to keep initiatives on track.
- Drive creative execution across multiple initiatives while adhering to best practices shared by the broader Consumer Experience team.
- Act as a consultative partner to clients by recommending design and content approaches that support adoption and clarity.
- Ensure every creative piece preserves the client's brand identity and supports measurable engagement goals.
- Comply with all internal policies, standards, and security requirements that govern how client work is handled.
- Leverage knowledge of web design concepts and WYSIWYG editors to optimize content for different devices and platforms.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support team capacity and evolving client needs.
Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or a closely related field.
- Bring at least 1 to 3 years of professional graphic design experience working with print, web, and digital media.
- Demonstrate expert level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite specifically InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat.
- Show strong familiarity with HTML, CSS, or any content management system as a significant advantage.
- Highlight experience with motion graphics, animation, and video editing as a notable strength.
- Prove competence in Microsoft Office products including confident use of PowerPoint for presentations.
- Maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
- Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills that foster clear collaboration.
