About the role
You own the end-to-end discovery and analysis of client needs, translating complex business and benefits administration requirements into precise platform specifications on the proprietary Benefitsolver platform. You define, document, and perform system configurations while actively collaborating with onboarding teams to identify defects and manage rework throughout the entire implementation lifecycle. This role demands a strong understanding of intricate business processes to ensure seamless integration and robust support for stakeholders performing their daily tasks. You will play a critical part in delivering accurate, efficient, and high-quality onboarding solutions that consistently meet and exceed client requirements.

What you'll do
Gather and lead requirements gathering sessions with customers to produce platform requirements that precisely meet their business and benefits administration needs.
Gather, analyze, and understand system requirements for the execution of ongoing work and during critical periods such as Annual Enrollment.
Work directly with customers to troubleshoot, research, and resolve questions and issues relating to the platform in a timely and professional manner.
Partner with Architect II resources to design comprehensive solutions that ensure best practices are leveraged and identify any potential downstream impacts.
Responsible for completing Decision Support documents, work orders, and creating detailed work requests for configuration and analyst resources to execute efficiently.
Partner with Configuration Specialists and System Design Analysts to support the precise configuration of defined platform requirements.
Operates effectively within project timelines and SLAs to meet and exceed expectations and key business drivers.
Build and maintain trusted client partnerships through consistent, high-quality interactions and consultative support.
Translate complex client workflows into detailed system configurations, ensuring data integrity and process accuracy.
Perform functional and data analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for process improvement within the benefits platform.
Coordinate and conduct all levels of system and user acceptance testing to validate solutions before production deployment.
Maintain comprehensive system documentation for both internal and external use, ensuring clarity and consistency.
Collaborate with diverse resources across teams to manage multiple projects and meet aggressive timeline objectives.
Identify and escalate deficiencies in technical work and implementation plans to mitigate risks and ensure quality.
Apply active listening skills to fully understand client needs and apply the knowledge gained effectively to drive successful outcomes.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent 5+ years of implementation and/or project management experience.
3 to 6 years of experience gathering and analyzing data for writing system requirements, performing system configuration, and creating ETL processes for data transactions.
1 to 3 years of experience writing test plans and test cases to ensure comprehensive validation of system changes.
Experience performing requirements gathering, functional and data analysis, and system design and configuration within a SaaS environment.
Ability to identify, document, and manage data types, rules, mapping, and conversation requirements across complex systems.
Experience with a scripting and/or client-side programming language to enhance configuration and automate routine tasks.
Ability to coordinate and conduct system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing across multiple environments.
Ability to maintain system documentation for internal and external use, including process flows and configuration guides.
Experience working with multiple concurrent projects and collaborating with diverse resources to meet strict timeline objectives.
Ability to identify and escalate deficiencies in technical work and implementation plans before they impact delivery.
