About the role
The owns the end-to-end delivery of large-scale client onboarding engagements, ensuring that program investment is maximized and risk exposure is minimized. This role serves as the primary liaison between the client and internal stakeholders during the critical initial phases of platform adoption. You will gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements across all platform areas for both clients and vendors without inventing new processes. The position translates complex discovery insights into actionable requirements and guides configuration through controlled build phases with disciplined governance. You own the full intake journey, turning discovery insights into structured requirements and managing the seamless transition into controlled build activities. You will govern scope boundaries, manage risk registers, and align client expectations with internal delivery constraints to protect quality and timelines. Your communication ensures project clarity, aligning executives, cross-functional teams, and vendors around measurable outcomes and timely implementation milestones. The role requires active participation in business development and the creation of new revenue opportunities through demonstrable initiative and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do
You will design intake workflows that capture detailed business requirements while coordinating directly with clients and vendors to ensure alignment. Mapping discovery findings to solution architecture will be a core responsibility, along with defining configuration rules and validating fit against platform capabilities to avoid scope drift. You will guide controlled build cycles, testing scenarios, and documenting process changes before promotion to production environments with clear versioning. Coordinating phased rollouts and supporting user readiness activities will be key, along with monitoring adoption metrics during early post-launch stabilization to inform adjustments. Partner collaboration will be central, aligning implementation milestones with sales, product, and support teams to sustain ongoing value delivery and seamless handoffs. Maintaining rigorous risk tracking and surfacing scope challenges early will protect timelines, resources, and overall project quality. You will champion data-driven process measurement, define KPIs, and iterate workflows using observed performance signals and structured feedback loops for continuous refinement. Driving continuous improvement involves documenting standards, updating playbooks, and embedding lessons learned into future project templates to scale success. You will facilitate structured workshops to uncover hidden requirements and translate them into implementation tasks that respect technical and operational constraints. You will serve as a subject matter expert on benefits administration SaaS platforms, advising clients on best practices and configuration guardrails throughout the engagement.
Requirements
You must hold 5+ years of proven experience in benefit administration SaaS implementation within client-facing roles to ensure practical domain competence. A bachelor's degree is preferred, and a background in health and welfare benefits administration or consulting is a strong advantage for contextual understanding. You bring strong quantitative analysis, fluent written and oral communication, and the capacity to work within tight delivery schedules without compromising accuracy. Mastery of complex tools supports your ability to handle multi-project demands while maintaining clear oversight and documentation. You have led multiple strategic initiatives, managing scope, schedule, and budget concurrently while defining processes and measuring outcomes against established baselines. You must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship for this role, and this constraint applies to the engagement type and compensation band.
