Partnerships Lead
Job description
About the role
You will own the end-to-end partnership strategy that connects Bunch with the ecosystem of referrers and specialist providers across UK, Germany, and Luxembourg. This role converts relationship capital into a scalable engine for both qualified pipeline and reliable delivery. You will design and manage the frameworks, tools, and governance that make partnerships predictable and measurable. A core part of the role is ensuring that fund managers can access the full suite of services they need without capability gaps or operational friction. You will work at the intersection of commercial growth and operational resilience, aligning incentives between internal teams and external partners. The position demands comfort with ambiguity and the ability to build structure where it does not yet exist while protecting the integrity of Bunch's data and workflows. You will report outcomes, not just activities, by demonstrating how each partnership contributes to ARR and to the breadth of services we can confidently support.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Own the partnership programme across Bunch's core markets - UK, Germany, and Luxembourg - keeping a consistent framework while adapting activation to local market dynamics and regulatory realities.
- Identify, sign, and activate referral and channel partners, including fund formation counsel, placement agents, banks, audit advisors, and tax advisors.
- Convert partner relationships into qualified pipeline and measurable partner-sourced ARR.
- Structure and maintain relationships with regulated and specialist providers, including depositaries, AML officers, ManCos, auditors, and onboarding, compliance, accounting, and tax specialists.
- Close capability gaps so Bunch can service fund mandates end-to-end across our markets, with particular focus on the complexity and value of Luxembourg's regulated-provider network.
- Own commercial negotiation, pricing, and scope across partnerships, working closely with the relevant operations owners on delivery.
- Build the infrastructure behind the channel from day one: tracking partner introductions, conversion to clients, partner-sourced pipeline, revenue, and activation timelines.
- Partner with Commercial and Marketing on joint go-to-market initiatives, including co-hosted events, co-authored content, and partner-facilitated introductions.
- Represent Bunch at key industry events and forums across our markets; regular travel is expected.
- Translate partner feedback into actionable insights for product, operations, and leadership to refine service offerings and eligibility criteria.
- Maintain a clear line of sight between partner activity and business outcomes using data to prioritise high-value relationships and interventions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for partners on commercial and operational questions, escalating appropriately to ensure timely resolution.
