About the role
At Bunch, you will own the end to end sales strategy and execution for the UK, Luxembourg, and Germany markets, defining how our integrated fund operations platform reaches sophisticated financial decision makers. You will own the design of a repeatable, high quality sales motion that blends deep CRM discipline with expert commercial judgment for every enterprise deal. You will own the development and coaching of Account Executives and Commercial Associates, ensuring they can navigate complex, multi stakeholder environments with confidence and clarity. You will own the architecture of the sales operating system, including pipeline definitions, forecasting methodology, and stage exit criteria that keep the business moving forward predictably. You will own the creation of all sales playbooks, enablement materials, and deal review templates, establishing a single source of truth for the team. You will own the partnership with marketing, customer success, product, operations, legal, finance, and the founders to align commercial outcomes with product and service capabilities. You will own the responsibility of translating nuanced customer feedback into clear product feedback and market intelligence that shapes company priorities. You will own the hiring, onboarding, and performance management of sales talent in collaboration with talent acquisition to build a cohesive and high performing team.

What you'll do
Define and execute market by market sales plans for UK, Luxembourg, and Germany in close partnership with the leadership team to drive coherent commercial growth.
Build and maintain a predictable sales operating cadence, including pipeline reviews, forecasting, deal inspection, CRM hygiene, and conversion tracking to ensure disciplined execution.
Set up scalable sales processes across the full funnel, covering lead routing, qualification, discovery, mutual action plans, pricing, proposal creation, negotiation, handover, and post sale feedback loops.
Own the commercial operating system, including CRM hygiene, reporting, dashboarding, pipeline definitions, stage exit criteria, forecasting methodology, activity tracking, and tooling adoption.
Create and maintain sales handbooks, enablement materials, talk tracks, qualification guides, objection handling resources, market playbooks, and deal review templates to provide a clear source of truth.
Coach the team on complex enterprise sales, covering discovery, qualification, stakeholder mapping, business case building, negotiation, pricing, executive communication, and multi threading.
Build a regular coaching rhythm through call reviews, deal reviews, pipeline inspection, one on ones, performance feedback, and structured development plans for every team member.
Partner closely with marketing, customer success, product development, operations, legal and finance, and the co founders to advance commercial outcomes and align strategy.
Bring structured market feedback into company planning, including customer needs, competitor patterns, pricing insights, product gaps, and operational blockers to inform strategic decisions.
Partner with talent acquisition to hire, onboard, ramp, and manage performance as the sales team expands across key European markets.
Stay close to strategic deals where customer trust, market context, executive engagement, or commercial judgment are critical to securing the best outcomes for the business.
Define and enforce a high bar for sales quality, customer understanding, pipeline discipline, commercial judgment, and performance to ensure sustainable growth.
Set up lead routing and qualification mechanisms that ensure the right conversations reach the right stakeholders at the right time with clear context.
Establish pricing and negotiation frameworks that protect margins while enabling thoughtful, value based conversations with senior decision makers.
Requirements
You have proven experience navigating commercial models that blend scalable software SaaS with high touch services, implementation, or customer operations, understanding how to price, position, and transition complex deals without eroding margins.
You have extensive B2B commercial experience with proven success closing complex, consultative enterprise software or tech enabled service deals in regulated and enterprise grade environments.
You have direct experience selling into venture capital, private equity, asset management, or fund services, and you understand the specific needs of GPs, CFOs, COOs, and fund operations teams.
You have a track record of driving sales motions for high ticket solutions where deal sizes are consistently in the hundreds of thousands, focusing on relationship driven, consultative outcomes.
You have 3 plus years of experience directly managing, coaching, and scaling account executives teams, with a clear track record of raising team performance, enforcing pipeline discipline, and driving revenue growth.
You have coached team members through long cycle, multi stakeholder enterprise deals, guiding them through complex discovery, business case development, and executive engagement.
You have successfully built and scaled sales motions across multiple markets, driving high performance through rigorous CRM discipline, RevOps tooling, and predictable forecasting routines.
You excel at creating practical sales handbooks, enablement resources, playbooks, and coaching frameworks that teams rely on to drive complex, long cycle enterprise deals.
You are a seasoned people leader who sets a high bar for excellence, fostering talent through direct feedback, clear performance management, and structured coaching.
You combine strong commercial judgment with executive presence, building trust and credibility with senior stakeholders in VC, PE, and alternative asset management.
