About the role
You will spearhead the acquisition of new Enterprise customers across our key markets, driving Bunch's expansion within the private investment sector. This position is central to executing our commercial strategy with VC and PE funds, establishing Bunch as the industry standard for private market investments. You will co-build and refine a commercial acquisition strategy specifically aimed at large Venture Capital funds and their leadership. A core part of your ownership involves establishing and nurturing relationships with General Partners, CFOs, COOs, and angel investors to build a robust network. You will analyze prospect pain points deeply to formulate targeted account plans that include demand generation and precise closing strategies. Your work will involve maintaining constant vigilance on the competitive landscape to inform the creation of compelling proposals and pricing models. Finally, you will collaborate cross-functionally to develop best practices that enhance customer engagement and retention within your assigned target accounts.

What you'll do
- Acquire new Enterprise customers across our markets (inbound and outbound) by identifying and converting high-value opportunities.
- Co-build a commercial acquisition strategy for new customer segments, focusing primarily on large Venture Capital funds and their specific needs.
- Build and maintain relationships between Bunch and i) General Partners (GPs) / CFOs / COOs of prospect and client funds, and ii) Angel investors to foster trust and long-term partnerships.
- Understand the pain points faced by prospects and customers to develop detailed account plans for specific lists of target accounts, including demand generation and closing plans.
- Stay informed about the competitive landscape to create winning proposals and pricing strategies that highlight Bunch's unique value proposition.
- Collaborate with the Strategy, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to develop best practices for generating demand and increasing customer engagement within the target accounts.
- Create business cases that demonstrate the business value and return on investment clients can expect by using Bunch's integrated platform.
- Nurture client relationships, striving for process excellence that allows us to maximize customer satisfaction and ensure long-term retention through proactive support.
- Leverage data and insights to identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts, driving additional value and revenue growth.
- Represent Bunch at industry events and client meetings to strengthen our brand presence and credibility in the private markets.
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle for assigned accounts, from initial contact through to onboarding and beyond, ensuring seamless execution.
- Develop and maintain a deep product knowledge base to effectively communicate benefits and address client inquiries with accuracy and confidence.
- Partner with Customer Success to identify risks and opportunities within client portfolios, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Document all client interactions and pipeline activities meticulously to ensure transparency and enable strategic forecasting.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as an Account Executive or in a commercial role, ideally within the private investment market.
- A local network of Fund Managers is a strong differentiator for building initial trust and accelerating sales cycles.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills that enable you to gain trust through authenticity, expertise, and rapport-building with senior stakeholders.
