What you'll do

Identify and scout potential talent for various projects, including television shows, films, and live events, ensuring a diverse and high-quality talent pool.
Negotiate contracts and terms with talent, ensuring that all agreements are favorable and compliant with industry standards.
Maintain strong relationships with agents, managers, and talent to facilitate smooth communication and booking processes.
Collaborate with production teams to understand project requirements and provide recommendations for suitable talent.
Conduct auditions and interviews to assess talent suitability for specific roles or projects.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging talent, and market demands to inform booking decisions.
Manage schedules and logistics for talent, including travel arrangements and accommodations, to ensure a seamless experience.
Prepare and present talent options to clients, providing insights and recommendations based on project needs and budget constraints.
Handle any issues or conflicts that may arise during the booking process, ensuring that all parties are satisfied with the outcomes.
Track and analyze booking metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of talent selections and improve future booking strategies.
Assist in developing promotional materials and campaigns featuring booked talent to enhance visibility and marketability.
Participate in networking events and industry conferences to build connections and promote Broadcastmgmt Group's talent booking services.

Requirements

A minimum of 3 years of experience in talent booking, casting, or a related field within the entertainment industry.
Proven track record of successfully booking talent for various projects, demonstrating strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with industry standards, contracts, and legal considerations related to talent booking.
Proficiency in using booking software and tools, as well as standard office applications.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.

Experience working with diverse talent across various genres and formats, including live performances, television, and film.
Established relationships with talent agents and managers in the industry, enhancing the ability to secure top talent.
