Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in talent booking, casting, or a related field within the entertainment industry.
- Proven track record of successfully booking talent for various projects, demonstrating strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with industry standards, contracts, and legal considerations related to talent booking.
- Proficiency in using booking software and tools, as well as standard office applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
