Creative Lead, Growth
Job description
About the role
This role is the central architect of Bree's performance marketing engine, owning the end-to-end creative workflow from raw insight to finished advertisement. You will design and manage the system that turns media performance data into repeatable creative strategies. The position requires a rare blend of artistic judgment, analytical rigor, and operational discipline to scale production efficiently. You will lead a small team of specialists, providing direct creative direction while removing blockers to their success. Success is defined by your ability to turn chaos into a predictable, high-velocity pipeline of high-converting content. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will still edit scripts, refine hooks, and solve bottlenecks personally. You will be responsible for building the standards, frameworks, and processes that make the creative team smarter over time. The role is critical to Bree's mission of delivering financial services to the half of Canada that needs them most.

Translate raw performance data from Meta, TikTok, and Motion into concrete creative hypotheses and testing roadmaps.

Drive the creation of high-converting advertisements by ensuring every piece has a strong hook, a clear angle, and a testable hypothesis.
Convert performance signals from campaigns into concrete next steps, turning winning patterns into repeatable formulas for future content.
Operate with an owner's mentality, engaging in hands-on work such as editing, scripting, and problem-solving to keep momentum and quality high.

You must be comfortable turning complex performance data into clear, actionable creative direction for your team.
You must have the ability to build and scale operational systems that standardize creative production and reduce friction.
You must thrive in a non-traditional role where intuition from UGC and content creation is valued over traditional brand marketing backgrounds.
