About the role
Braze is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Analyst who specializes in the prospect phase of the customer lifecycle. This role focuses on analyzing data related to potential customers and understanding how they interact with the platform before becoming active users. The analyst will support marketing campaigns and initiatives designed to move prospects through the early stages of engagement with the product. Based in São Paulo, this position works closely with the broader marketing team to drive measurable improvements in prospect conversion and long-term retention. The analyst contributes to strategies that help the company understand where prospects drop off and how to create a smoother path toward becoming a loyal customer.

What you'll do
Analyze prospect behavior data to identify trends and patterns in how potential customers engage with the platform over time
Build and maintain dashboards that track key metrics for the prospect stage of the customer journey and report on progress
Collaborate with marketing managers to design experiments that test different messaging approaches and creative variations for prospect audiences
Create clear and concise reports that summarize prospect performance and share actionable insights with cross-functional stakeholders
Segment prospect audiences based on demographic and behavioral attributes to support targeted outreach efforts and personalized communication
Monitor the effectiveness of prospect acquisition channels and recommend data-driven adjustments to improve return on investment over time
Support the development of scoring models that help prioritize high-value prospects for sales follow-up and targeted outreach
Partner with the product team to understand how platform features influence prospect activation rates and early-stage user retention
Assist in the planning and execution of seasonal or event-driven campaigns aimed at expanding the prospect pipeline and reach
Document all findings, methodologies, and processes so that the team can build on previous analyses and maintain institutional knowledge
Requirements
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable conclusions from detailed information
Experience working with marketing data platforms or customer relationship management systems in a professional and fast-paced environment
Solid understanding of lifecycle marketing concepts and the distinct stages that prospects pass through before becoming active customers
Proficiency in spreadsheet tools for data manipulation, cleaning, validation, and performing basic statistical analysis on marketing data
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
A high level of attention to detail and a methodical approach to organizing, validating, and presenting analytical work
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and consistently meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality in deliverables
Familiarity with marketing terminology and a general understanding of demand generation and lead nurturing principles and practices
Nice to have
Experience with SQL or other query languages for extracting and transforming data from large relational databases efficiently
Knowledge of statistical methods and A/B testing frameworks for rigorously evaluating the impact of marketing initiatives
Background in B2B marketing or SaaS environments where prospect lifecycle management is a central and ongoing function
Exposure to visualization tools that help translate complex data insights into clear, compelling narratives for diverse stakeholders
