About the role
This role owns the end to end marketing strategy and execution for Media, Entertainment, Gaming, and Sports brands that choose Braze as their engagement platform. You will define the industry narrative, shape the positioning, and translate it into demand generation motions that prove the value of the Braze platform. Success in this position is determined by your ability to align product messaging with customer outcomes and to build trusted relationships with strategic stakeholders. You will operate at the intersection of data and creativity, using insights to drive decisions and optimize performance over time. The role demands comfort with ambiguity and the ownership of complex initiatives from planning through to scaled execution. You will be accountable for the quality and consistency of the customer experience across every touchpoint you own. Ultimately, your work will determine how Braze is perceived and adopted within these specific industry verticals.

What you'll do
Execute end to end industry marketing programs for Media, Entertainment, Gaming, and Sports verticals using Braze as the core platform.
Develop and own the strategic narrative and value proposition that differentiates Braze within these specific industries.
Collaborate with sales teams to build and deploy targeted playbooks that accelerate pipeline and conversion within key accounts.
Partner with enablement to design and deliver training that equips internal and external teams to sell the Braze platform effectively.
Analyze campaign performance and customer journey data to iterate and improve marketing tactics on an ongoing basis.
Champion the voice of the customer by synthesizing feedback and use cases into compelling content and storylines.
Manage complex projects and timelines, ensuring deliverables meet high standards for quality and are completed on schedule.
Engage with customer teams to identify referenceable success stories and joint expansion opportunities.
Maintain a deep and current understanding of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and platform capabilities.
Represent Braze at industry relevant events and initiatives that build awareness and credibility in the target markets.
Work closely with product teams to translate customer insights into messaging and feature narratives that drive adoption.
Own the creation of tailored assets that speak directly to the unique needs of media, entertainment, gaming, and sports organizations.
Coordinate cross functionally to align messaging, positioning, and launches across all customer touchpoints.
Leverage data and experimentation to continuously test hypotheses and scale what works within the industry segments.
Serve as a subject matter expert internally, helping to shape the roadmap and priorities for industry focused initiatives.

Strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape, including customer engagement platforms and marketing automation tools.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing relationships with key stakeholders.
