Annual event planning is structured around researching and evaluating DACH industry events, then screening recommendations to align with regional pipeline goals. Venue logistics for owned events are secured and managed, including vendor selection, on-site production, and troubleshooting.
Global brand consistency is maintained by working with the HQ brand team to ensure all materials and activations comply with guidelines. Internal systems such as Salesforce, Zoom, GoToWebinar, and Marketo are used in coordination with website and operations teams for effective event execution.
Event success is measured against pipeline targets and regional KPIs, with insights synthesized in post-event wrap-up reports. In-office event support is provided for Central teams, including management of swag and brand assets, along with non-marketing event assistance when required.
Requirements
A minimum of 5 years experience as a field marketer or event production manager in a B2B SaaS environment is required. A degree is required as stated in the source.
Field marketing and event management must be a core passion, with proven experience running partner co-branded events. Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail underpin the ability to prioritize and juggle multiple projects.
