What you'll do
- Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies to achieve client objectives and drive growth across multiple digital platforms.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns, including search, display, social media, and affiliate marketing.
- Analyze campaign performance data and metrics to derive actionable insights, making data-driven decisions to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, analytics, and account management, to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all channels.
- Manage relationships with media vendors and partners to negotiate contracts, secure placements, and optimize media spend.
- Lead a team of performance marketers, providing mentorship and guidance to foster professional growth and enhance team performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing to maintain a competitive edge.
- Prepare and present reports to stakeholders, showcasing campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for future strategies.
- Monitor and manage budgets for performance media campaigns, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing and other experimental methodologies to continuously improve campaign performance and user engagement.
- Develop and maintain a robust tracking and reporting framework to measure success against KPIs and business goals.
- Advocate for a culture of experimentation and innovation within the team, encouraging new ideas and approaches to performance marketing.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in performance marketing or digital media, with a strong focus on data-driven strategies.
- Proven experience managing large-scale digital campaigns with a track record of achieving measurable results.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant technologies.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with various digital marketing channels, including SEM, SEO, social media, and email marketing.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Strong understanding of budget management and financial forecasting in a marketing context.
- A results-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation in performance marketing.
