What you'll do
- Develop and implement comprehensive engagement strategies that align with Bravebison's business goals and enhance client satisfaction.
- Lead a cross-functional team to execute projects effectively, ensuring that all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions that drive engagement.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation within the engagement sector.

Requirements
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the digital marketing or engagement sector, with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of engagement strategies, digital marketing trends, and client relationship management.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members alike.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics, with a track record of using insights to drive strategic decisions.
- Strong financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and resources effectively.
