What you'll do

• Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for expansion and improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in business management or a related role, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with experience managing and developing teams.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, with a focus on delivering results on time and within budget.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience in managing contracts and vendor relationships.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.
• Familiarity with digital marketing and e-commerce strategies is a plus.
