What you'll do
- Lead and manage a team of business analysts, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to foster professional growth and development.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business analysis strategy that aligns with the overall goals of Bravebison, ensuring that data-driven insights are at the forefront of decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and finance, to identify business needs and translate them into actionable analytical projects.
- Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of complex data sets, ensuring that findings are communicated clearly and effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of various initiatives and provide regular reports on performance metrics to senior management.
- Drive the adoption of advanced analytical tools and methodologies within the organization, promoting a culture of data-driven decision-making.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats, providing strategic recommendations based on findings.
- Ensure that the team adheres to best practices in data governance and compliance, maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance the analytical capabilities of team members and other departments, fostering a data-centric mindset across the organization.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in business analysis, continuously seeking opportunities to innovate and improve analytical processes.
- Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to ensure that data infrastructure supports the analytical needs of the organization.
- Act as a key liaison between business units and technical teams, translating business requirements into technical specifications for data solutions.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present data-driven recommendations to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with statistical analysis and modeling techniques, as well as familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R.
- Strong understanding of business operations and strategy, with the ability to align analytical initiatives with organizational goals.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field is preferred.

- Experience in the digital marketing or media industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
- Knowledge of machine learning concepts and their application in business analysis.
- Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is advantageous.
