What you'll do
Take strategic ownership of the outbound sales pipeline by initiating and managing high-value conversations with enterprise decision-makers.
Leverage AI-driven insights to analyze procurement workflows and tailor messaging that addresses specific operational bottlenecks in finance and logistics.
Conduct discovery sessions with stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, and Sales to uncover latent needs and map solution fit.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with C-level executives and process owners, positioning BLP Digital as a strategic partner rather than a vendor.
Utilize a data-led approach to prioritize target accounts, ensuring that efforts are focused on the highest-value opportunities in key markets.
Champion the product through live demonstrations, articulating how agentic AI solves real-world automation challenges with proven ROI.
Collaborate with the Sales team to create structured outreach sequences that optimize response rates and move opportunities efficiently through the funnel.
Monitor competitive landscapes and market signals to refine messaging and ensure positioning remains distinct and compelling.
Translate complex technical capabilities into business outcomes that resonate with enterprise buyers, focusing on scalability and risk mitigation.
Own the full sales cycle for assigned territories, driving meetings, proposals, and negotiations until successful conversion.
Maintain meticulous records of all interactions to inform forecasting and enable continuous improvement of the sales methodology.
Proactively identify roadblocks within the buying process and implement corrective actions to keep deals advancing toward closure.
Requirements
You have a proven track record in enterprise sales development, with at least three years of consistent experience in generating and closing opportunities.
You possess a deep understanding of B2B sales methodologies and have a documented history of exceeding quotas in previous roles.
You are fluent in English, both written and verbal, with advanced proficiency required for crafting complex proposals and executive communications.
You have a demonstrated ability to operate autonomously, making sound decisions without constant supervision in ambiguous situations.
You hold the right to work in Switzerland and are legally authorized to reside and work in Zurich without sponsorship.
You have a strong academic background, with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in business, sales, or a related field.
You bring a minimum of five years of experience in technology, enterprise software, or a related high-tech industry.
You have direct experience selling to enterprise clients, navigating complex procurement processes, and managing stakeholder consensus.
You are comfortable working within a data-driven environment, utilizing CRM tools and analytics to track performance and forecast accurately.
Nice to have
Experience selling AI or automation solutions to enterprise customers is preferred.
Familiarity with ERP systems, finance workflows, or supply chain operations provides a distinct advantage.
Knowledge of the Swiss market and business culture, particularly in Zurich, is beneficial for localizing your approach.
Experience with remote-first, asynchronous communication models is valued.
Practical notes
This is a full-time position based in Zurich.
The role requires travel to customer sites and occasional meetings in Zurich.
Visa support is not available for this position.
