You will act as the primary commercial ambassador for BLP Digital, directly engaging with C-level and operational stakeholders to articulate our AI automation value proposition. Your work will focus on converting raw market intelligence into actionable sales sequences that drive measurable interest and demo bookings. You own the mission of expanding our presence across the DACH region and supporting our international growth objectives. This position requires a proactive mindset that thrives on interpreting complex business process data and translating them into compelling commercial narratives. You will be instrumental in establishing the foundational relationships that sales teams rely on for sustained revenue growth.

What you'll do
Implement a structured outbound cadence utilizing cold calls, personalized emails, and data-driven insights to initiate contact with high-value industrial prospects.
Conduct discovery meetings and process analysis with finance, procurement, and sales stakeholders to map current P2P and O2C workflows and identify automation opportunities.
Assume ownership of the full sales funnel from lead generation to opportunity qualification, ensuring a steady flow of demo-ready opportunities for the Sales team.
Develop and refine tailored value propositions that address specific pain points related to operational inefficiency, compliance, and cost management within enterprise environments.
Leverage AI-powered lead optimization tools to prioritize high-intent accounts and maximize the efficiency of your outreach activities.
Maintain rigorous attention to detail by accurately tracking all interactions, outcomes, and pipeline data within the HubSpot CRM system.
Independently analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to continuously improve outbound sales tactics and messaging strategies.
Prioritize complex sales tasks and identify potential bottlenecks in the procurement cycle to ensure deals progress smoothly toward closure.
Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to provide frontline feedback that shapes product development and feature enhancements.
Champion the BLP Digital brand by demonstrating excellence, transparency, and candour in every interaction with potential customers and partners.
Requirements
You possess fluency in German, which is essential for engaging with decision-makers based in the DACH region, alongside strong professional English communication skills.
You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a STEM field, Psychology, Business, or a closely related discipline that provides a foundation for understanding enterprise software sales.
You are confident in your ability to pick up the phone, adhere to established scripts, and ask insightful open-ended questions that uncover underlying business needs.
Your attention to detail is evident in your precise data entry and accurate tracking of client interactions and pipeline stages within our HubSpot CRM platform.
