Around half of your time focuses on full-cycle hiring, with the rest on employee experience and People projects. You will manage the entire lifecycle for critical roles while simultaneously shaping the employee journey and contributing to People strategy.

What you'll do
Orchestrating intake for hard-to-fill roles while mapping sourcing channels and screening pipelines to build a robust and diverse talent pool. Designing interview structures with hiring managers and coaching inclusive evaluation through structured rubrics to ensure consistent and fair assessments. Architecting talent pipelines and warm bench strategies that serve recurring hiring needs across finance segments to anticipate future demands proactively. Auditing the ATS to keep candidate data accurate, current, and ready for compliance reviews at all times, ensuring integrity and reliability of information. Coordinating offers with People and Compensation, applying band rules and geographic adjustments consistently to maintain equity and transparency. Analyzing funnel metrics like time-to-fill, source quality, and offer acceptance to guide process improvements and drive data-informed decisions. Running onboarding, transfers, and offboarding workflows while maintaining HiBob records for accuracy to support a seamless employee lifecycle. Supporting performance and compensation cycles, including calibration logistics and manager enablement initiatives to align team goals and organizational objectives. Partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to understand evolving hiring needs and align recruitment strategies with business priorities effectively. Driving candidate engagement through thoughtful communication and relationship-building to enhance the employer brand and create positive experiences. Implementing sourcing techniques and leveraging networks to identify passive candidates and reduce time-to-fill for critical positions. Collaborating with HRBP teams to ensure policies and practices are executed consistently and aligned with company standards.
Requirements
Around five years in talent acquisition or HR, with demonstrable full-cycle recruiting ownership from requisition to close and a track record of successful placements. Proven ability to flex between recruiting and operational HR, with concrete examples of both rather than treating one as secondary, showcasing adaptability and broad contribution. HRIS and ATS fluency, with comfort using data, reporting, and clean process execution to maintain accuracy and efficiency in daily operations. Strong stakeholder management and sound discretion when handling sensitive information, ensuring confidentiality and trust with candidates and team members. Experience managing high-volume or complex hiring campaigns while maintaining quality and meeting aggressive timelines under pressure. Familiarity with compliance and employment regulations relevant to multi-state or multi-geography roles to mitigate risk and ensure adherence. Solid written and verbal communication skills to engage with diverse audiences and represent the company professionally in all interactions. Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a detail-oriented approach.

High-growth SaaS or FinTech experience, plus exposure to multi-geography or cross-border employment practices to navigate complex operational scenarios effectively. SHRM-CP, aPHR, or equivalent certification that signals structured people practice knowledge and a commitment to professional development.
