You will maintain rigorous pipeline management, ensuring consistent progress and alignment with client and candidate needs. Collaboration with internal teams on licensing, credentialing, and compliance will be a central part of your daily responsibilities. Ultimately, you will deliver a high-touch experience for both candidates and clients while sustaining a results-focused mindset in a fast-paced setting.
