What you'll do
- Design, implement, and maintain robust database systems that support various engineering applications and processes.
- Optimize database performance through effective indexing, partitioning, and query tuning to ensure high availability and reliability.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in database design, development, and administration.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational database management systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Microsoft SQL Server.
- Strong understanding of database architecture, data modeling, and data warehousing concepts.
- Experience with performance tuning, optimization, and troubleshooting of database systems.
- Familiarity with database security practices and compliance regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of cloud-based database solutions (e.g., AWS RDS, Azure SQL Database) is a plus.
- Experience with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra) is advantageous but not required.
