What you'll do

• Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with Bamboohr's overall business objectives and market needs.
• Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation through launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features that meet user needs.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and customer support teams to gather insights and feedback that inform product decisions.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats in the mobility sector.
• Define and prioritize product requirements and user stories, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals.
• Utilize data analytics to track product performance, user engagement, and satisfaction, making data-driven decisions to enhance product offerings.
• Facilitate regular product meetings, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, to ensure transparency and alignment across teams.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding product updates, timelines, and roadmaps, ensuring clear communication and expectations.
• Mentor and guide junior product team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve product management processes and methodologies.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners and vendors to enhance product capabilities and market reach.
• Prepare and present product updates and strategic recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Engineering, or Computer Science.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in product management or a related role, preferably within the technology or transportation sectors.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products throughout their lifecycle.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience working in an agile environment.
• Proficiency in product management tools and software, such as JIRA, Trello, or similar platforms.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Nice to have

• Experience in the mobility or transportation industry, particularly in ride-hailing or logistics.
• Knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles and methodologies.
• Familiarity with data analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar platforms.
• Previous experience working with remote teams or in an international setting.
• Understanding of mobile app development processes and technologies.
